Based on the reviews for this company, it appears that I am one of many vendors who have not been paid for work that was completed. My work was finished over a year ago. They requested a free estimate before we started, signed our work authorization, and agreed to the quoted price. However, when I submitted the final invoice, I was ignored. VENDOR BEWARE! As several other reviews state, this company does not pay it's vendors. We did remediation work over a year ago and we've gotten nothing but the run around. We eventually had to send the claim to collections and somehow, they're even dodging that! I have never in my professional career worked with such a poorly run company.
We did work for the Lodge at Bridgemill nearly a year ago. We've tried every avenue to communicate with them and can't get them to pay our invoice. If you are a service provider. Avoid doing business with this place.
As a vendor of the Lodge at Bridgemill we have experienced a lack of professionalism, communication and payment. As of December 12 2024 we have still not received payment for an event on June 22. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with zero results. If you choose to work with The Lodge at Bridgemill you can expect extremely slow pay or lack of pay altogether.
This has been a solid place for my Dad to have a calendar of social activities to get him off the couch and a daily meals service. The pool area has so much potential, but it typically doesn't open till late June. Very odd as I imagine it would make young grandchildren more excited to go visit their grandparents and give them something to burn out some energy while visiting. For the price point, the pool should be open all summer. For that, I deducted one star.
