My parents have been residents for a few years. The first two years the pool didn’t open until August. Currently (almost June 1) they’ve had no air conditioning for 30 days in a 2br apartment. They were given a temporary portable unit but it’s loud and only cools marginally. It shouldn’t take a month to fix an ac unit & it’s not fixed yet. This is very concerning.
Move here for affordable rent and for Rachel on staff…. We have had family here for 2 years and she is by far the best employee they have hired. She’s helpful and cares about the residents and it is evident with every interaction.
