Move here for affordable rent and for Rachel on staff…. We have had family here for 2 years and she is by far the best employee they have hired. She’s helpful and cares about the residents and it is evident with every interaction.
Based on the reviews for this company, it appears that I am one of many vendors who have not been paid for work that was completed. My work was finished over a year ago. They requested a free estimate before we started, signed our work authorization, and agreed to the quoted price. However, when I submitted the final invoice, I was ignored. VENDOR BEWARE! As several other reviews state, this company does not pay it's vendors. We did remediation work over a year ago and we've gotten nothing but the run around. We eventually had to send the claim to collections and somehow, they're even dodging that! I have never in my professional career worked with such a poorly run company.
We did work for the Lodge at Bridgemill nearly a year ago. We've tried every avenue to communicate with them and can't get them to pay our invoice. If you are a service provider. Avoid doing business with this place.
