Front desk lady was rude, wouldn't honor the price we were originally quoted, no ice machine, shower is the size of a stand up coffin, water doesn't shut off and 1970 decor...
I found this hotel to be a very nice place to stay. The location was great,the price the best,and the staff so very friendly. This hotel has been here for awhile,and I am glad they kept the old time charm. Its nice being at a hotel that's not a cookie cutter type,were when you close the door,you could be in any city. I found the room to be clean,comfortable and LARGE. the beds were great. I have made my reservations for 2017 to stay here again for the 2017 Charlevoix Marathon.
