They make it sound like you need to act fast or else the place will fill up which is total bs. There are tons of open rooms (for good reason) and tons of hidden fees. Plus they will try to immorally squeeze every cent out of you they can. Rent is 100s of dollars higher than advertised. Hate it here, I will not return to this place. I got a bedroom that has no windows for $1100 a month. The room has a fan vent in the wall so my room has airflow, but it gets dusty within so it has to be vacuumed. I cannot vacuum the dust out with my regular vacuum cleaner, so I contacted the property manager and they told me to submit a maintenance order to get it cleaned out so I did. They did it the first time, but when I submitted a second order they told me that it was a one time courtesy. I told them I don't have the pr... read more
