****The majority of the good reviews are bots or staff!!! That’s why it’s only 1 and 5 star reviews**** Typical greedy overpriced college apartment. They make it sound like you need to act fast or else the place will fill up which is total bs. There are tons of open rooms (for good reason) and tons of hidden fees. Plus they will try to immorally squeeze every cent out of you they can. Rent is 100s of dollars higher than advertised.
