Typical greedy overpriced college apartment. They make it sound like you need to act fast or else the place will fill up which is total bs. There are tons of open rooms (for good reason) and tons of hidden fees. Plus they will try to immorally squeeze every cent out of you they can. Rent is 100s of dollars higher than advertised. I pay $50 a month for parking and they booted my car and made me pay $160 just for having expired plates.
The Leasing Agents (Soren and Alexa) and the Community Manager (Rosalie) have been nothing less than amazing helping our group of 3 roommates coordinate a lease for next fall. We have had 2 different challenging scenarios that they have helped us work through, they have answered countless questions thrown their way, explained everything thoroughly and in detail, and have been extremely helpful and timely with following through on it all. It’s been a great experience.

Rent is wayyy higher than advertized after utilitizes. I originally told my mom I had found a place for rent around $1590 per person, this month my bill was $1822. The bill contains a bunch of nonsense charges. I don’t think this place is worth $1800, you can find a better management company for that price. If you really want to rent here, I recommend waiting until a few days before the semester starts, the price drops dramatically because they can’t fill rooms. Not worth paying full price.
