not the worst landlords in Boulder but definitely subpar. The Lodge has repeatedly given less than a day of notice before shutting off power and water (often for hours). They use AI to send communications which is frankly deplorable given the impact on the community, environment, and job market. Our stairs outside were dangerously broken for months with no updates on repairs (though they have been fixed by now). We were greeted by the office team with smiles and professionalism We just wanted to ask a couple questions, but Libby Hall offered to tour us in the same size unit that we have our lease for Plus where all the amenities are located. She was super knowledgeable about the surrounding area to assist us with where to catch the closest bus and our packages would get delivered to the site.
