Friendly staff. Clear communication. Good value for the money. Awesome location. In unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Recently renovated. Overall, very happy with my new place.
It was amazing touring here
Get rid of the AI bot on the phone and have a person answer. Feels like this is owned by a private equity company. Poor maintenance and lots of entry level employees (when you can actually talk to a real person)
Good location but other than that so many better places to live in Boulder for same price or cheaper
