Great appliances, great customer service, great package pick up process. Parking can be a little tight at times but there’s always a work around, longest i’ve ever had to walk to my apartment is maybe a 3 minute walk when it’s super bad. Great place overall, i’ve loved it here
I absolutely loved my time at The Lodge. I spent two wonderful years here, and leaving was a tough decision—only necessitated by my work commute. This place is truly a gem. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely care about their residents. They go above and beyond to make things as convenient and stress-free as possible. Power went out *only* in my room after hours and I called the emergency number just for them to say it is not considered an emergency situation even though their chatbot said it was. How is the power out only in my room? How is it not an emergency situation? Paying rent just for the power to go out randomly and the wifi to suck. Make it make sense
