The Lodge appears nice, but several policies are misleading and designed to squeeze extra money out of residents. Pricing is listed per installment, not per month, and this is not clearly communicated. You effectively pay for 12 installments over an 11-month stay due to the gap between lease terms. If you try to extend your stay, you’re hit with high fees or pro-rated rent. A “$959 monthly” rate is actually closer to $1,046/month—about $87 higher than it appears.
