Mr. Locurto was our attorney against an awful construction company. They took a very large deposit. As hurricane survivors we had to battle our home insurance, but by the time that case was resolved, the construction company quit. That was our good fortune. Construction company #2 was aghast at what was done---was never inspected, everything against code, etc. Company #1 refused to return any money.
