Stop by to rent a storage unit and was helped by Jenny, who was ultimately the best in informing me how the process in renting a unit works. She was the best!

This is a predatory business. $500 a month for 10x25. No outlets. Can raise rent at any moment. No backpaying months individually or installment pay. Late will be $50 penalty and forced to pay two months in one lump sum or they auction everything. The government should step in and close all lock up self storage locations.
I'm at the Norridge location, the staff that works there are amazing. Have no problems answering questions, if you need to look at something they will show you and help you decide what is best for you and your items this place is great
