I was in a time crunch for a storage unit and needed to move some belongings into the unit asap. Nancy was the associate that I worked with and she was an absolute dream and pleasure to work with. She was so very nice and knowledgeable and answered every question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy satisfied customer. And that wasn't even her normal unit that she works at she was just filling in. She most definitely needs a raise or bonus for her hard work.... SHE IS A KEEPER!
