On June 21st, 2025, at 9:20 AM, the woman pictured called me directly to confirm my reservation. When I arrived, the office was locked. On the door: a six-paragraph manifesto, taped up like scripture. She ignored me completely -- until I made eye contact through the window like a horror movie jump scare. I asked ONE simple question: "May I see the unit I reserved to make sure it fits my needs, and is the truck available?" I have a excellent customer service experience by phone and personal. They send a email and get contact with you anytime you need them to helping out with any questions, they make me feel good and trust.
This place is great! Staff is really friendly, the units are spacious and well-maintained, and I had a wonderful experience renting here.
This place is great! The manager was amazing. She helped me step by step to set up my storage unit. She was very kind and patient. I went to the Lehigh Acres storage facility. Oh the price was pretty decent too.
Just moved in today. Stephanie has been absolutely amazing from the first day we went to look at the facility. She is so awesome!!!! Customer service at its best.
