We have been storing our home values since 2019! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness as we trusted our valuables while they were in your storage facility. Clean facility, great staff and climate control... super easy to access... very accommodating.
Jacked the rates up almost $90 without notice. Last time I went into my storage everything was wet, a lot of my things are ruined. And the thing I was looking for was gone from my storage locker.
On June 21st, 2025, at 9:20 AM, the woman pictured called me directly to confirm my reservation. When I arrived, the office was locked. On the door: a six-paragraph manifesto, taped up like scripture. She ignored me completely -- until I made eye contact through the window like a horror movie jump scare. I asked ONE simple question: "May I see the unit I reserved to make sure it fits my needs, and is the truck available?"
