We've had a great overall experience. Nancy was super helpful when we came in looking for a storage space. She explained everything in great detail. We also needed assistance when our Pod arrived and Chris answered all our questions. Overall, we would highly recommend this storage facility!
A great experience for sure. The person who took care of me was awesome and very professional. I'm sorry I can't remember his name!! Used their truck for FREE!! Anyone in need of storage in this area should start with The Lock Up. I work in the service industry and they take care of customers. Hard to find these days.
Aside from the facility being in great condition, the staff there (Chris & Nancy) are AMAZING! They were so helpful with my move in, from the moving truck rental, to assistance at the facility on the day of the move. They went so far out of their way to ensure I had a great experience, I would have thought they were the owners! I will now always recommend this location to my family and friends for their storage needs!!
Nancy and Chris are always so easy to work with. I needed a larger unit and it was accomplished in a short time. Great people!
Super clean air conditioned units. Friendly accommodating staff. There are carts available to move your items. I've used other storage companies before & none can compare to The Lock Up. Highly recommend.
