Today is the second incident with the SAME EMPLOYEE... i called this morning cause my credit card was overcharged trying to resolve the matter. the employee was rude and kept blowing me off and did not resolve the matter. i had to send a email to corporate customer service and waiting on a response
Spent over 14K storing my mother's antiques here after she died. Indoors, climate controlled. They constantly jacked the rent and so we had invested a lot of money and time moving the belongings there and were hard pressed to relocate them again. A lot of times we'd see water in the property and actually saw it coming out of one of the units.
