Some employees are very knowledgeable and some aren't. Jose had great customer service, and I explained everything in detail.
Was treated with great customer service. The front desk associates were very informative about the unit, pricing, and regulations when I am not longer needing the storage how to submit my form ay least a week before the end of the month.
