Spent over 14K storing my mother's antiques here after she died. Indoors, climate controlled. They constantly jacked the rent and so we had invested a lot of money and time moving the belongings there and were hard pressed to relocate them again. A lot of times we'd see water in the property and actually saw it coming out of one of the units. Been renting a unit at this place for about 6 months came on a Sunday to drop off some stuff. Looks like they had seal coat done on their drive ways so they put a letter at the entrance that access was limited so I park on the side if the street an started to unload and walk to the gate put my code gate open but to my surprise im trapped inside there's no working door to get out the gate at the other side won't open and all doors are chained up which is honestly a safety concern.
