Excellent experience Bob Walked me through the process showed me my unit and how to access the loading dock an elevator using the keypad very helpful The facility is spotless well kept and very secure. I moved out of another storage facility due to the lack of security.

Bob followed up on my online reservation within minutes, I was very pleasantly surprised. Bob, from the start, was an open book answering all my questions with full disclosure. There were no gray areas left in my mind when we finished our friendly and informative conversation. He was kind enough to call, the day of my scheduled appointment to move in, and asked how I was doing and if I was still available to come see the property to possibly move in as planned.
