Tried to give these guys my business. We wanted to rent long term. The manager said to get the discount they offered, we need to sign up online. The online site was not working properly. It kept directing us to the worn location. I called the manager to tell him and asked if i could just sign up in person and get the discount. He said no. I mentioned, I would go elsewhere. He did not care. So they lost our business. This is how people do business these days i guess. They dont care.
