Just so you know this is a used furniture store… nothing wrong with.. but the prices?! Basically selling used furniture at the retail new prices. Not worth it. And delivery sucks.
good store. love the product, some items are a bit pricey but overall a good find and good quality. great customer service. I initially had some issues with the delivery but Luis and the customer service team were amazing in making sure my concern are heard. I had to return one of my items because it's too big for my place (i didnt properly measure it beforehand) and the return process was easy. pretty good store. love the product but the price is a bit pricey for some items despite their conditions, great customer service. worst delivery logistic experience. will probably not use them again because of how traumatizing i was with their delivery. They should be more mindful given that the delivery is in San Francisco. No tracking, no headsup, earlier than scheduled, incorect communication of how the process would be. Such a shame as I wanted to support local business.
I dunno, I bought a bunch of things, including a junky couch for $10. Bait n switch? Hired a moving van who went to get my stuff, left work early to help them unload it, but it turns out some of the stuff I bought wasn't there. Thankfully the movers and reperch refunded my money, and customer service responded, pretending like they were going to help, but ultimately it was a huge waste of time proving that they're not entirely trustworthy.
