Shady company who lists items and does the bate and switch to people. They list items and take your money….. then they don’t ship it or make it available for pickup and hope you forget about it. Beware!
I’ve bought a couple pieces of furniture from this place, but they have no way of knowing which items they will actually be able to move into your home until they get there. They do not provide their movers with adequate training or tools to move heavier items up a flight of stairs. Considering they are located in a city full of multi-storied buildings, I don’t understand why they are so incapable of something I thought was a basic part of the job. This is not just a used furniture store or second hand furniture store. Reperch is the best consignment store I have ever been to. Every piece is in great condition and you don't have to worry about what you are buying. Their staff is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend taking a look if you are trying to find the perfect piece for your house!
