If this is the same Sam Folmar that had a bunnies in Rio Rancho NM his work is substandard he put in a he put in a heater and AC unit in my house about seven years ago. Just had the System checked today and the unit is not even bolted down it is just sitting there none of the duck work is bolted to the unit holes all over the place, now it’s going to cost me $5000 do have it repaired and product code. Sam installed a new AC unit for me last year and did a fantastic job he is a consummate professional and has a great attention to detail. Don't waste your time with the larger HVAC companies, customers are a dime a dozen to them and you will be treated as such believe me I know!! Give Local Choice Services a call you wont be disappointed!
