the new management is very bad, they cut off the hot water in the coolest days ever,and that's the day 2 without hot water ,and they didn't told the resident before ...I have 2 children and I can't do any thing without the hot water...don't even think to move here, don't waste ur money ...because here u have to pay for nothing deserve
I m shameful of this apartment .the management is so weird...n hopeless. plus recist so....... Don't even think about moving this apartment the new management are mean..n respectless.
The New management should be replaced, this is a horrible place to live in.
The manager is a racial profiler! she do whatever she want that don’t even benefit the residents or the apartment. I don’t suggest nobody else to move to this apartment they take unnecessary fees, don’t change carpets rarely fix the ax we never use to have this problem when the old manager was here dont treat foreigners with respect. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO!!!!

RecommendedThis is a great location, easy access to the city but also free from tourism. Right next to Veterans Blvd you have all of the stores you need. We've lived here for over 4 years and have enjoyed our neighbors, staff, and apartment. The management has changed while we've been here and both managements were/are kind and helpful. Like any apartment you'll run into issues, but the staff and management are good listeners and eager to make your apartment the best possible.
NO !! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE, under new management HORRIBLE the manager is disrespectful over the phone and to employees too, lived there almost 3 years ; this is not a pet friendly like they say , my 10 years old dog got killed by a car while I was not in my apartment due to their negligence and they never never did anything not even an apology, disgusting and on top of it RATS.
