This place is great! …if you’re wanting your mail and packages stolen constantly, a not secured building, elevator constantly going out, elevator being left with blood for hours, garbage being left at the front of the building or water heater also going out every so often! Management is constantly being contacted and reached out to by tenants with no changes. Everything is just fine, but is overcharged. I signed my contract remotely because I didn't want to travel during the covid. My apartment turns up to have a concrete floor, which is different from the figures that they showed to me. I hadn't see my manager for a year, and they don't want to check the apartment with me in person when I left. I have cleaned everything, but they even charged me for ~$400 for the cleaning after I moved out. I don't have a good experience but the apartment is okay.
