Poor customer service. I called with 24 hour notice that I would not be able to attend an appointment because of a funeral for the unexpected death of a loved one. Instead of simply rescheduling I got scolded for wasting a slot. She didn’t want to reschedule until I told her it was for a funeral and then acted like she wanted to reschedule. Never missed an appointment.
I scheduled a consultation with Nzuri, she texted me the day of my consultation to reschedule. On the date of the rescheduled appointment I show up and no one is at the front desk to greet me. I texted Nzuri to let her know I was there, she responded with "I forgot we rescheduled". She told me "go see Ms. Angie in the room immediately to your left".
