I have been apart of The Loc Shop community/family for over 2 years! Everyone here is great and knowledgeable about hair and skin products for melanated people. The Loc Shop gives off a majestic vibe that relaxes you as soon as you enter. Don’t get me started on the massage chairs that put you in a state of calmness while getting your hair right. I highly recommend visiting The Loc Shop not just to get your hair done but to purchase anything from outfits, toboggans with matching hat and gloves, clothing, purses and much more... read more
So I booked an appointment for my son to get a retwist with barrels online it said $55.00. We get there early the stylist shows up and parks so close to me my son couldn’t get out so I let him out and move spaces. It was so many red flags after that unfortunately!!! While the stylist struggled to get in the shop I ask what forms of payments she takes etc prior to any services rendered. Poor customer service. I called with 24 hour notice that I would not be able to attend an appointment because of a funeral for the unexpected death of a loved one. Instead of simply rescheduling I got scolded for wasting a slot. She didn’t want to reschedule until I told her it was for a funeral and then acted like she wanted to reschedule. Never missed an appointment.
