Think ultra modern industrial design with touches of 60s retro and barnyard chic and that's the Loading Dock. There was so much to love about the menu, but it was lunch and I could only order one thing. I chose a salad that was a beautiful bowl of dressed kale, quinoa, hummus and falafel. We went for Sunday brunch and the service was poor. We waited a while to place our order and to get out payment processed. The bacon was thin and tasted like microwaveable bacon. A friend got a burger and nothing came on the burger that he ordered. The burger was missing spicy mustard, blue cheese and charmlized onions.

This food is exceptional. We used to live in Nashville, and this is the best chicken and waffles we have ever had. Great service, wonderful food. If you come for brunch, GET THE SHAKSUKE! Great bloodies too.
