I just recently moved in and The Livingston has exceeded my expectations. Tamar and Ruth were awesome with the whole application and move in process. Maintenance is solid and comes out to repair issues very quickly. My unit was in pristine condition when I moved in. The updates look very modern and are well done. Great location. Quiet community.
Overall, great place to live. Even though we are pretty happy here, some of the renovations are making us nervous about the lease renewal. No upgrades in our place, and we're OK with that for what we pay. We will move if the new rate is unreasonable.
Very understanding of different situations and a genuine quest to meet the residence' s needs yet meeting business needs as well. I love to call this place home, not just accomodation, but home!!!
