I couldn't get anyone to call me back. So I went online to book an appointment for a simple haircut. It said they were booked until August 13th. (2 1/2 months out) I just moved here and have been looking for a place i can go consistently. I guess I will keep looking.
I used to really love this place. I came here regularly, and the team genuinely helped me in the past — they even once saved my situation, and I was truly grateful for that. Unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing. I scheduled two appointments a month and a half in advance — one for myself and one for my mom. It was our first time in the salon and we thought the atmosphere was great. Our stylist was on time and very friendly. She did a great job on our two haircuts and was super flexible when we had to run out mid-appointment for a parking meter snafu. We are looking forward to our next visit!
