Austin took great care of us, we enjoyed his cocktail recommendations and had maybe the best carpaccio we’ve ever!

I am consistently disappointed. For a higher end hotel you would think the service would be prompt and professional. No matter who our service or bartender is the service is always terrible!! There is zero professionalism!!! I’m not joking when I say there are kinder and more professional employees at the fairhope McDonald’s . There needs to be a major revamp in order for me to change my mind on this place. I’ve been here probably 15 times and I’ve never had an experience better than 3 stars. Do better.
