This office is hands down one of the top two most ATROCIOUS offices I've ever had to deal with. They do not return your calls or texts, they do not answer the phone, they do not update your chart. Information is not accessible to all employees within the office, so their system of ONE person submitting all the Prior Authorizations is infuriating and cumbersome especially when they do not update your chart with any results. Went to see a doctor just over one year ago and called for to set up an annual check. They didn't show me in their system and the Dr has left; I have to get a new referral... Won't bother going back as they can't keep their system accurate.
Won’t return phone calls or emails. Had an appointment to meet with the allergist and after taking our money we met with a student and an OBGYN that were his liaisons as they put it. Not a recommended place.
