The lady that does the pedicure does a great job and is very sweet. The only 2 complaints I have is first they don't have the regular pedicure station the pedicure bowl does not vibrate with warm water nor do they put scented powder in the bowl what they use instead of the standard ceramic bowl is just a regular plastic bowl. The second complaint i have is they don't have matching colors with the jel and regular polish. I like jel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. TRASH !!!!!! Place is nasty bad customer service and my nails kept constantly peeling not even 24 hours later went back to have them fixed and they did it again what a waste of 60$$$$$$ she also made me wait tell almost 8 at night to fix them when I called her before 1p.m talking bout their busy like I was an Inconvenience for as my nails were the one that were inconvenient for me I am so disappointed single mom of four who saved her money !!!! Found this place. So happy with the service. Got a mani and pedi for my child and myself. The lady that did my mani and pedi was very gentle. Overall really happy with the service and they also offer a free drink with service. Will def be coming back.
I went to get my nails done for the first time last week. I showed her what I wanted and said it will be $75. When she started working on me she said she had to remove the nails I had before and could not do a fill. She soaked my nails and drilled multiple times. She even drilled my own nails to the point where it burned. I asked for coffin nails, I did not get that. When I got home I realized my nails looked grown out.
