Having success in the past with jewelry repair I brought in an earring for repair. The post was loose and needed to be secured. This is when my bad experience began. The sales person was not able to quote me a price for the repair. An estimated quote was satisfactory for me. Next I was told I would receive a phone call when the repair was finished.
