I've been purchasing the biweekly bouquet subscriptions from Little Flower Truck Co for the past 3 years and I've loved every single arrangement! I usually only purchase them during the winter months since my garden obviously doesn't have any flowers from Nov-Apr. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend’s birthday via the website May 17th, and communicated with staff through Instagram to confirm May 20th delivery was available and the flowers were in stock (they confirmed). I paid 47.25$ and my friend never received the flowers. I was surprised as I had communicated with staff only 3 days prior. I tried calling multiple times, no answer. My siblings went to go pick it up on the requested date and they mentioned that the people that answered the door didn’t seem to know what they were talking about or even knew there was an order that needed to be filled. Really beautiful flowers and great price! I showed up randomly wanting a few bundles for a friend's birthday. Had never been here before - the owner was very warm and welcoming! I picked a bundle of eucalyptus and a few pink lilys. Bouquet was wrapped so nicely.
