I haven’t been able to contact anyone through email, phone or Instagram. I made a recurring order and my money was processed but now I don’t know if this place exists? Anyone there?? Update, yes finally got an email back to change delivery address for the order. Second update. Flowers were delivered on time and are beautiful. Communication is still too important so leaving it at 3 stars.

I've been purchasing the biweekly bouquet subscriptions from Little Flower Truck Co for the past 3 years and I've loved every single arrangement! I usually only purchase them during the winter months since my garden obviously doesn't have any flowers from Nov-Apr. I get a kick out of seeing the variety of flowers/plants change throughout the seasons and how the arrangements are adjusted based on holidays, etc. A lot of the flowers last longer than 2 weeks, meaning I can combine them with the latest delivery and have a differ... read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend’s birthday via the website May 17th, and communicated with staff through Instagram to confirm May 20th delivery was available and the flowers were in stock (they confirmed). I paid 47.25$ and my friend never received the flowers. I was surprised as I had communicated with staff only 3 days prior. I tried calling multiple times, no answer.
