My residence is in Florida and I called this florist. My call was to order flowers for my friend’s birthday that lives in Highland, New York. I gave them her address and they called me several times, there was a man in the background that was shouting that they were given a wrong address. Flowers were delivered to my friend who just had a baby at 10:45pm on a Friday night. Delivered a completely different arrangement than what I ordered. When I called to complain- they explained the driver was in a car accident and was okay but that they thought it was acceptable to still deliver flowers at that time. I was also told the flowers I picked out were not in stock so they put together a different floral arrangement. When I asked for a refund- they told me they would refund my delivery charge and never did.
