We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Lydia from the Little Duck Collective who was the OT for our daughter from the age of 15 months until she turned 3. I appreciated the regular communication Ms. Lydia provided. She always checked in to see how things were going at home and really listened and then responded with suggestions of things we could do at home with our daughter to help. Our daughter loved her sessions with Ms. Lydia and we saw so much growth as a result of these sessions. We highly recommend her to everyone!
Lydia has had a tremendous impact on our son and our family. As our very first therapist back when our son was 6 months old and deeply in need of therapy, Lydia has seen him go from unable to crawl, uncomfortable swallowing, and upset by minor transitions to a thriving, happy toddler! Her guidance was a life saver for parents looking for more ways to help, and of course her comfortable relationship with our son helped make therapy fun and productive. We’re so so grateful and hope more parents find help like Lydia’s!
I truly enjoyed Lydia who was my daughter OT therapist she was always understanding and patient with my child and was my daughters favorite therapy every week, she has made this experience for my family and I the best it could be. I was very nervous with my daughter diagnosis and therapy’s but i am so glad i had such a supportive team who made made me as a mother and my daughter feel understood.
I was hesitant initially to sign up for online sessions for my baby and I. However, from the first sessions that we had with Lydia, I knew I had made the right decision. She was so kind and was a natural with speaking to babies! I also appreciated how patient she was and flexible when I would need to pause the exercise to feed a bottle to my daughter. I couldn’t have asked for a better OT for our daughter. Lydia provided a variety of exercises to help our daughter strengthen her use of the left side of her body and help her feel more comfortable with how her body felt in different positions. She always followed up promptly with a review of what they did as sessions and photos and videos to illustrate, along with ideas for what we could do with her at home.
