I love this place. The ribs, pulled pork, baked beans and slaw are awesome. That's all I've tried. Very reasonably priced!!!

My visits to Starkville are not complete unless I order BBQ and coleslaw. I sure wish they could ship their amazing cole slaw up to Northern Virginia.

The company was good, but the restaurant has nothing to do with that. The sandwich was smothered with a thick sweet sauce - very different from what I remembered and distracted from the quality of the meat - which was good. The corn salad tasted fresher than before, but it did not have that wonderful taste I remembered. Maybe it is just me and my faulty memory, but the food was pretty much average IMO.

I had to have my fix of mom's corn salad. It has not changed since I left Starkville. Mrs Woods, I do have your recipe down to the tee . The family that owns it has been good friends for years.
