The scope and quality of the merchandise is fabulous. What a wonderful place to browse! Unfortunately, the staff is not up to the same level. The two young lady employees spent the entire 20 minutes of my visit discussing super-heroes. Yes, you read that right. At no time did either one offer to help me. I felt like contacting the owner to commend them on hiring the intellectually challenged, but suggesting that the hirees be given some basic customer service training.
I have been purchasing dollhouse furniture for the past 3 years. The items I get are of high quality and the owner Maria and her staff (Nina, Pani, Courtney, Emma, Heidi and Cheryl) have been so great. I always get the best service from Maria and her staff. All items arrive packed well and on time. I hope to continue to buy more things as they seem to replenish their store with more adorable items all the time
We drove here from Kitchener. The first thing I said to my husband on the way out of the store? “Well this was a wasted trip”. We asked for glue or paste for the wall paper , we got on a piece of paper “make your own” , umm what?? Not what we asked for and didn’t want to show or tell us if they had any.
