I wish I could give more than 5 stars to John & Maria. I am working on the first dollhouse that I'm going to electrify myself. When I was shopping for my fixtures TLDC was quick to respond to my questions about particular features. When I ordered my 2 round wire kits and lots of lights I got phone call responses to my questions. And John helped me and my husband figure out how to install a 20 year old chandelier from my first doll house. Great selection of miniatures and doll houses, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The scope and quality of the merchandise is fabulous. What a wonderful place to browse! Unfortunately, the staff is not up to the same level. The two young lady employees spent the entire 20 minutes of my visit discussing super-heroes. Yes, you read that right. At no time did either one offer to help me. I felt like contacting the owner to commend them on hiring the intellectually challenged, but suggesting that the hirees be given some basic customer service training.
I have been purchasing dollhouse furniture for the past 3 years. The items I get are of high quality and the owner Maria and her staff (Nina, Pani, Courtney, Emma, Heidi and Cheryl) have been so great. I always get the best service from Maria and her staff. All items arrive packed well and on time. I hope to continue to buy more things as they seem to replenish their store with more adorable items all the time
