I call for an appointment at 3 and had an appointment by 5 thirty! Carlos’s was very efficient and professional. I will definitely go back if I have any other health issues
The absolute best! This is the second provider I went to today. The other people took my money, but didn’t give me care. Kroger saw me at the last minute they squeezed me in. They treated me like a human being, treated me with respect and they talked to me about the follow up and everything I needed to know. I really feel like they were a partner in my health. It’s something so rare hard to find these days.
I saw Lauren this week for help w a rabies vaccine. Good Sam hospital actually let me leave their ER even tho I had been bitten by a confirmed rabid bat. Since I already had rabies shots in the past, I needed 2 boosters which the hospital said they didn’t have! Lauren was awesome! Confirming all the information we had individually, we agreed on the strategy. If it weren’t for Lauren acting quickly and with purpose, I might be in dire straits today! What a blessing she is for me!
Showed up later in afternoon on a Sunday but they were able to fit me in. Super kind and caring. Not rushed, and gave me the option of type of treatment I’d prefer. Grateful!
Great experience getting my DOT physical done here. The medical staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Five stars!
