Hello! I've gone here a few times a long while ago. I was refused service because I did not have a picture ID with me. They have me in their records. I spent a big chunk of my day, going to the dmv to get my state ID. After I got it, I went to another clinic. This clinic didn't even ask for my ID. Honestly, never going here again.

This place is expensive. I went to get the vaccine shingle shot at CVS and they said my insurance didn’t cover it and it was going to be $225. I went to this place and asked them how much and they said we can’t tell how much it is going to be until we submit it to the insurance. Sure enough it wasn’t covered and they charged me $315. GO TO MINUTE CLINIC it is cheaper than these rip off artist.

My boyfriend took his daughter to this clinic because she had pink eye.... he was asked everything from what college he went to, to how the mother of his child died. I do not understand how his employer and his marital status was relevant to his daughters conjunctivitis. It sounded like she was checking him out for herself, it was to the point he told her he's never been asked those questions, not even by his daughters pediatrician. Awful front desk. She shouted across the lobby “what’s wrong with you?”. Like I would actually respond to that in a store full of people! When I replied, I’d rather wait until we’re in the patient room, she rolled her eyes and ignored me the rest of the time. Nurse Katherine is fine but rather awkward. Like a deer caught in the headlights. Never introduced herself either.
