Absolutely useless. They said my daughter just had a fever and to give her Tylenol. Immediately took her to Children’s emergency, tested positive for strep throat and was prescribed amoxicillin.
The doctor is extremely rude and does not seem to care at all. She ran no tests and decided he had a sinus infection which had lasted multiple weeks and she would not prescribe an antibiotic. She’s extremely short with you and you can tell she gets annoyed when asking questions. I had to call multiple times to get the antibiotic prescribed for my son almost a week later when the symptoms were still there when it should have just been done at the appointment but the doctor would not prescribe it. I went in for a UTI symptoms last week and met with a Dr. or Nurse practitioner named Ashley, she was great. Ashley called my back for my urine sample results and told me that my urine is contaminated and if I still have pain after I take all my meds, I should come in to give another urine sample. So I just went in today after 1pm, there was a different Dr or nurse practitioner. I have gone to this location several times and have received fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service!
The two nurses that helped me were very kind and personable. I appreciate how much they cared for me!
