I was fine with my visit, but I gave my insurance card, which clearly states a convenience care is a 15 dollar copay. I was charged 25, and when I questioned the amount, I was told they are considered a PCP, which they are not. She doubled down on that claim. I looked up Kroger little clinic on Google, and they are listed as a convenience care. I know it's only 10 dollars, but it's the principal. MS ISABELLE would get zero stars if i could give it but we can go with one since i’ve never had an issue before now with the little clinic. totally get i was late to me 1:00 pm appt. but i tried calling at 12:58 and 1 exactly because i went to the wrong place but i got a recording that said they were closed??? then when i got ahold of an appt. operator they told me to go in they should have no issue seeing me! i get there to have my stuff rescheduled for me with no conversation from anyone and absolutely nobody at the front ... read more
Your front desk lady ms. Isabelle needs a new job. Lost patients in myself and my girlfriend forever. Smart mouth and doesn’t seem to really enjoy her job? No reason to leave rude voicemails, nobody cares it’s your birthday.

1) Staff was fast, friendly, attentive, and prescribed the right medications. I’ve been a nurse for 15 years and have had terrible experiences with walk ins prescribing incorrect antibiotics over the years. Michaela was the NP and she was very sweet.
