Really should’ve read reviews first- TLDR: absolutely use this clinic if you don’t want to get what you need. I’m writing this after three strikes where I was told that my prescription wasn’t ready and that I needed to come the next day. I’ll avoid using names but I came in on 1/13, 1/15 and 1/16. Let me set the scene: on Friday my prescription was ordered and I stopped in that evening and was told there was an insurance hold and that it would be ready on Monday the 13th. I called and called and no pickup so I went there at FOUR pm on a Friday and they just had a “closed” sign… but there hours are until 7:30. Really frustrating

Caitlin Birlingmair (NP) and Alex Willians (PCT) were both kind, respectful, and efficient. Wait time was three minutes tops (for computer data entry/confirmation) and my diagnosis was equally swift. Tests for sore throat were thorough, encompassing all current concerns of strep/flu/covid. A brief look also confirmed no tonsillitis. I walked in concerned that something would prevent me from performing upcoming concerts but I walked away assured that this cold will pass.

Miranda Jones APRN was extremely helpful. I appreciate that she went over and beyond to make sure that I was not in any discomfort while at visit ran test rapidly in a professional manner. Miranda is very knowledgeable and patient while working her patients. I will recommend going to this Little Clinic on 2Nd street to see her if needed.
