Sunday: I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner named “Ben” and it appeared as though he was either uncomfortable doing his job or that he didn’t know what to do. His demeanor when checking my ear was as if he got close to me at all, he would die. I was seen for a swollen lymph node and body aches that came on suddenly. Long story short, no labs were done, he didn’t check anything, assumed I had some infection and gave me antibiotics. The nurse Jennifer Surrell did not listen or understand what my symptoms were. I advised of a history of sinusitis. She apparently does not have an understanding of this illness. She chose to treat for an allergy that I did not have. Please use caution in going to this clinic. You will not receive adequate treatment.
I was the last walk in they were able to accept that day. But the wait wasn't ridiculous and they were kind and able to quickly diagnose and send me on my way
I finally got the medical help I needed that I couldn't get from.my primary care physician. The P.A. at the Lil Clinic listened, checked my condition and the respiratory illness I have been dealing with. I feel I will finally be able to heal now. Thank you.
