It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I feel this review is warranted in order to inform others who are seeking medical care of what to expect when they go to the Little Clinic at Kroger in Oxford. Since we live in a small town, our options are limited, so I only go or take my children to the Little Clinic as my absolute last resort if I have no other option. Not sure why all the negative reviews. I'm from out of town. Got sick and walked in. They were very nice and able to see me right away. Doctor was great. Tested me for flu, Covid and strep and I was positive for influenza A. She prescribed Tamiflu and gave me tons of recommendations on how to feel better and what to eat and drink. Very kind. Great experience.
Absolute worst. Told me my Covid shot was covered under Medicare, then charged me later. Basically, they cannot be trusted.
Waited 30 minutes past my appointment to even get fully checked in. The lady working the front desk was miserable and treated me with little to no respect. The only reason there’s a star is because of how easy and accessible it is. Other than that not a very good experience at all. Edit: The actual doctor was wonderful and helped me out to the best of her ability which made me go from 1-3
