Had an appt for my son to get a physical. Had the confirmation email with the code and time. Arrived in plenty of time for the appt. Was told they couldn’t find appt in the system and we would have to wait until they could squeeze us in. Absolutely ridiculous. We were scheduled for the first appt of the day.

Today I came in with UTI symptoms. I've had several so I know the symptoms. I'm leaving on a flight tomorrow morning and told the NP that. They tested my urine and it showed white blood cells but nothing else. I told her I had some symptoms last night and it's worse today. I know my body and I have an infection. She refused to give me an antibiotic! I said I was even here several months ago for the same thing and I had an infection then, look at my history. She told me to drink more water. I told her I already drink 8 glasse... read more

Wasn't impressed with the in training nurse practicinor... went in and did the save a spot. That was helpful. But my son was showing signs of the flu. Told them that he had been exposed to Influenza A and 2 more kids had the same symptoms as him were given medicine to help ease them. Nope not him... we were told he has a viral upper respiratory infection. If he starts to spike a fever come back. Really??? With all this flu going around. Not impressed..my friend whose kids he was exposed to couldn't believe that they did that... read more

I will expound after speaking to a supervisor. Third attempt, still havnt. Dr. Was great. Beware!! What they charge you at the time of service may not be the final amount. I was billed an additional amount, without being advised that there could be further fees. No signage, no warning from the girl at the desk. Do not assume that once you have paid at the time if service, that that will be the end.
