I’d like a refund… Only giving two stars because the staff was truly wonderful and incredibly kind. However, my strep throat was misdiagnosed here as tonsil stones. The nurse practitioner even pulled up Google during the visit to confirm her diagnosis with me. I explained that I believed I had caught strep early — my throat was blood red, I had white streaks/patches on my tonsils, I was crying (over everything… that’s just what I do), and I’d run a mild fever the night before — but I was still told it wasn’t strep. NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!! They will turn you away if you don't have an appointment even if its something minor.
MAJOR EDIT below: changing rating to one star. NEW: We had a VERY bad experience here over 3 DAYS. First we went in, the lady at the desk took our insurance cards and ID and we were charged our co-pay listed on our insurance card. My child was there to get some basic blood levels tested and were told that the nurse didn't have time to do it. She was double booked she said and her patients were backed up all day. She made an appnt for us the next day to come back and said she would give us a 30 min slot so the nurse next day ... read more
