MAJOR EDIT below: changing rating to one star. NEW: We had a VERY bad experience here over 3 DAYS. First we went in, the lady at the desk took our insurance cards and ID and we were charged our co-pay listed on our insurance card. My child was there to get some basic blood levels tested and were told that the nurse didn't have time to do it. She was double booked she said and her patients were backed up all day. We have always been treated with respect and concern at The Little Clinic at Kroger in Midtown.
When we got there, there was no one else there. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were taken to a room for my daughter to be seen. The nurse took her vitals and wanted to test for strep, and all of that. She said it would take 20 minutes and left. About 30-35 minutes later I walked outside to see about how much longer it would be and 1) all 3 of the ladies looked at me like I was stupid for asking 2) one lady said “it takes at least 15 minutes” so I responded with “it’s been a minimum of 25” (said 25 minutes in case I was w... read more
