Diagnosed me using google search because I had an insect bite that I was severely ill from. Tested me for flu, covid and strep to rule them out. I was given an out of pocket price because I don’t have insurance. Paid in full before leaving and a month and a half later received an unpaid balance and different pricing than what I was told the day of my visit. Billing had no answers for me, so now I have to go back to the clinic that seen me to dispute.

I love the little clinic !! They are always very friendly & caring. The staff is all so amazing as well. I always leave feeling better!

I’d like a refund… Only giving two stars because the staff was truly wonderful and incredibly kind. However, my strep throat was misdiagnosed here as tonsil stones. The nurse practitioner even pulled up Google during the visit to confirm her diagnosis with me. I explained that I believed I had caught strep early — my throat was blood red, I had white streaks/patches on my tonsils, I was crying (over everything… that’s just what I do), and I’d run a mild fever the night before — but I was still told it wasn’t strep.
