When we got there, there was no one else there. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were taken to a room for my daughter to be seen. The nurse took her vitals and wanted to test for strep, and all of that. She said it would take 20 minutes and left. About 30-35 minutes later I walked outside to see about how much longer it would be and 1) all 3 of the ladies looked at me like I was stupid for asking 2) one lady said “it takes at least 15 minutes” so I responded with “it’s been a minimum of 25” (said 25 minutes in case I was w... read more

I have been a patient for years, they always fix what ails me!
I made an appointment I was seen two minutes after the appointment time after giving them my insurance and ID. The doctor was very thorough and Courtney. The receptionist was super nice very courteous. I really would like to make them be my PCP. They are so compassionate, professional, and helpful.
My recent appointment at this clinic was an unexpected surprise. I am relatively new to the area and do not have a primary care physician yet. Making an appointment online was simple with many available options. I arrived on time and was processed immediately by a pleasant woman at the front desk.
