My grandson has been there numerous times and we always ask if the doctor is in network because they've had several new drs there. We were told that the Dr does take tricare prime but 2 months later we're getting a bill for over $300 because apparently she ain't in network. They had to have known when the paperwork was filled out and they were asked again is the Dr he is seeing today in network and they assured us he was. I can always get an appointment 7 days a week. They bill you for any copay and the longest I have ever waited was 25 minutes and it was waiting on another Dr to send info. But I felt heard and it's a thorough examination! My fave location is near Thomas Crossroads!!!
