They wouldn’t open the door to the bathroom that is over there so my 4 year old could use it. Apparently “they’re not allowed.” So I had to walk with him to the complete opposite side of the store for him to use it. Thank goodness he didn’t have an accident, but it was close!
Woke up early feeling unwell. Schedule an 8:45 am appointment thinking that I would be seen on time because the clinic opens at 8:30 am. 51 minutes after my scheduled appointment they are taking a patient in front of me. The Braelinn location needs better management!
Today I scheduled an appointment at the Little Clinic. The nurse assistant was very friendly and so was the NP. Both took their time asking questions and explaining things to me. I was happy that I could get in the same day and being met with a friendly staff. Thank you ladies
Walk in at 4:40 pm on Saturday no one at the front desk, waited 10 minutes then some one came out at 4:50 and said sorry we closed if you came 10 minutes ago we could take you first of all it is not even 5:00 and I told her I have been her for 10 minutes waiting for someone she said that's not true . I wasn't feeling well so I didn't argue with her . Can you please train this people how to treat patients
