Don't go 30 minutes before closing. They will not see you.
I went there for a check up to see if I had the flu or if it was just viral they tested me told me it was 55$ and only charged 30$ and the sent me a bill a month later for 30$ do not recommend terrible billing policies and this is the second time they have done this
I was told the appointments were walk in and asked if I could schedule a time to go in but insisted I come in. I had to wait an hour when I did get there and had me put a appointment in their kiosk plus even longer before theyd see me. I asked to get bloodwork done and they injected a needle into my fist! I have never been injected in my fist for blood. Then when I asked for how much it be out of pocket they just told me they'd bill me and send it to my mailbox. I just got my bills today after a long time of waiting and they... read more
I Will not ever go back to this clinic again. I went in the week before Christmas with bronchitis simptoms. The nurse practice said that I had bronchitis and a sinus infection but would not prescribe me a antibiotic. I called her a week later, with worse simptoms, and the nurse said that she would call me back, and she never did. I just got checked out again at a different doctor and I now have walking pneumonia. I am frustrated becau... read more
My daughter had been experiencing a fever for 5 days and they did zero testing. They did not check for flu or anything. She looked in her ears and at her throat and said they looked fine so it must be viral. She has pneumonia. And was positive for a bacteria causing walking pneumonia. Why would you not check for anything when a fever lasts 5 days? These are highly contagious and putting my other children and family at risk.
