I made an appointment because I have no PCP and needed maintenance medication refilled as well as wanted to be seen after testing positive for Covid. I have other chronic health conditions and wanted to make sure I did not need a steroid. Upon checking in receptionist who is usually nice was rude and in a very bad mood. The NP that was working came out with rainbow eyeshadow so it was hard to focus on what she was saying let alone listen to them discuss you without actually talking to you!! Runaway as fast as you can!!!!
Came in today with a mild allergic reaction; was not treated because the NP was nervous it could be delayed Anaphylactic shock. I pushed back a little because her logic didn’t make sense to me, she doubled down that I go straight to the ER. I honestly felt like the NP trainee was more reasonable but I took it seriously and drove straight there, I was alone with my 5 year old, it freaked me out.
