Got me in and out and very friendly ... Doctor was very attentive ... good to have close by ...
I did the "Hold your place in line" scheduled for 11:30 AM. I got there about 11:15, they took my medical information and paid my co pay and I went right in. Exam was about 15 minutes and I had my prescription in about 15 minutes from the Kroger Pharmacy. Great job!
I will never return here again. They provider was rude and barely said a word even when asking questions still nothing. Today was the first and last time I will be using this facility.
While I did have to wait, it is a walk-in service. I've waited just as long at my doctor's office WITH an appointment! I very much appreciated the friendly service. Hillary, the Nurse Practitioner, was thorough, not rushed and I left confident in the treatment and her expertise. Thanks, Hillary, and The Little Clinic for being there for me! Again.
We've been here many times with no problems. After the treatment we received today by Cindy...our family will NEVER be returning. Most rude, unprofessional medical provider I have ever dealt with.
