Both women who tended to my daughter were so kind and interactive with her when she felt so miserably sick. I was impressed with their compassion, ability to involve a 6 year old with her care, and urgency to get her help.
My college daughter came home for spring break with a cold that had most turned into a sinus infection. We made the appointment for Sunday afternoon, we got in earlier than our appointment time, and she was very well taken care of! Both the young lady checking her in and taking vitals, and the PA did their jobs well! Prescription needed was also called in promptly.No complaints at all!
This is amazing place to get checked. I tested positive for COVID and they were very helpful and kind
The one star is only for their billing practices and not the level of care I received recently. I had visited on March 16th and again on the 18th, both times paid out of pocket per their fee scale and paid in full at time of services. 5 days later I received a billing invoice on my patient portal for an additional 47.00 for one of those visits without explanation other than somwhere along the line someone thought what I had paid simply wasn't enough.
