I've left dozens of reviews for different things through the years and this is probably the first time I've given anything less than four stars! I'm 63 years old and I pretty much know the conditions I get annually! I had a cough that was lasting me almost 2 weeks and it did feel like it was post nasal drip but I couldn't be sure! So I went into the little clinic because my pharmacy at the Kroger is next door to it! Went because had sinus infection would mot give any antibiotics. Was told to let it ride its course. Went to different urgent care and was diagnosed with sinus infection.
First off my appointment was at 8:30 but the provider didn't come into work until 8:30. She looked at my eye and said I had a sinus infection. Prescribed me an antibiotic. I had side effects from the antibiotics. I called her and she said to stop taking it but if I wanted something else I'd have to come in for another visit. Don't think so!!!
Excellent service from the front desk to the exam room. Treated with so much care.
Awful experience and the Dr. did an awful job and did not do a through exam. Had to end up going to another clinic
