Went in to get back on my regular blood pressure meds (was pregnant so had to take something safe for baby) check in process is silly to me because they tell you to sign in on kiosk then sit then the lady calls you back up to get DL and insurance cards but she was super nice. The doctor (Kimberly Parrish) I seen however was not. First I had to wait for 45 minutes and I was the only person there. Explained why I was there and seemed very judgy and not friendly. I won’t be going back there anymore.
Good luck getting anyone on the phone
I came in for a walk in appointment, got in and out quickly, and everyone was incredibly kind. :’) They even gave us goodie bags, I feel very grateful. Thank you guys!
I made an appointment over the phone, I was asked my information right then. When I arrived to the location in person, I was asked a few the same questions, along with a confusing, aggravating check in system. I went back to room to be checked out, Kim was nice and the very respectful, as well as queaisha. I definitely spelt her name wrong.
