I went to the Kroger Little Clinic last year for my vaccines and had such a great experience, I had to tell everyone about it. The online appointment scheduling was incredibly smooth, the staff were phenomenal and efficient, and being at a Kroger with discounted sushi Wednesdays and a Starbucks was an added perk. The front desk older female at the minute clinic desk is very rude! She had an attitude the whole time and needs to have better customer Service skills
Clueless on what they are talking about. Don't have options listed online to set up an appointment if you can't complete it.
