It is the absolute worst clinic—don't ever go there. I went to get birth control; after they took my $100, they told me they were going to give me pills. I said no, I came for the shot—the same shot I’ve had before. They tried to tell me the shot might not agree with me, but I insisted that it’s what I always use and it never causes issues. They allegedly "take walk-ins" but you have to make an appointment with their system when you show up. Showed up to an empty lobby with no one at the desk, and then when someone did finally appear, was told that I would have to schedule an appointment for over an hour after I showed up. That's not taking walk-ins - that's having open appointments at an appointment-only facility.

I went to the Kroger Little Clinic last year for my vaccines and had such a great experience, I had to tell everyone about it. The online appointment scheduling was incredibly smooth, the staff were phenomenal and efficient, and being at a Kroger with discounted sushi Wednesdays and a Starbucks was an added perk. I always try to treat myself after getting my yearly vaccines, and this location makes it easy. This year was no different. The two ladies who helped me were absolutely lovely. The front desk older female at the minute clinic desk is very rude! She had an attitude the whole time and needs to have better customer Service skills
