I was very pleased with our experience with the little clinic at Graceland. I have an adult son with autism who was experiencing overwhelming discomfort. Both staff were very understanding and kind throughout our visit. They treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you!
The Little Clinic at Graceland Boulevard. I had the displeasure of making the effort to book an appointment and come in to get treatment for a case of ringworm which had been plaguing me for a span of months. I sat in the office and told the medical practicioner my symptoms and history and was actually prescribed by her an OTC cure for the ringworm, LAMISIL (terbinafine), to pick up at the pharmacy counter. Yolanda and Ellen are WONDERFUL. My son was suffering from a very painful sore throat and both of them voiced care and concern when they saw how bad his tonsils looked. It was a sudden onset painful sore throat and it was SO nice that I was able to get my son in to see these nice ladies on the same morning when he woke up with the sore throat. They both were very very nice and diligent/thorough with testing and the exam. They were so friendly--the next time that he has a sore throat...we are coming back here. Thank you again... read more
I went to this urgent care two days ago. I told the doctor that I could not hear. I had been sneezing and had a runny nose. Then two days later I could not hear. The doctor looked in my ears and said go to your family physician. I asked her for an antibiotic. She said no. She prescribed for me a spray decongestant. I then went to my family physician who said you have an ear infection in your right ear. She prescribed an antibiotic. The urgent care doctor should have known that I had an ear infection. I will not ever go back ... read more
Came in for a Covid booster. Provided my insurance card and was told it was one they accept. Turns out that was not the case. Now I got a bill for $180, which I refuse to pay. Tried calling, but they NEVER answer the phone. Woulda checked with my insurance. But when a provider tells you they accept your insurance, I take them at their word. Didn’t expect them to lie. Never again.
