Very bad customer service. I went down there 2 times to pick up my order and they didn't even send it over to the pharmacy. I called and asked why and they hung up on me. I call back and they refuse to answer. Mean while my wife is suffering and needs her medicine. I get there and the receptionist walks to the back room. The doctor comes out and says I am being condescending. Then she proceeds to tell me that the receptionist didn't hang up on me and their phone lines lose connection all the time, I replied she should look ... read more
