Horrible service. The providing NP should not be able to practice. She was non caring and misdiagnosed a basic issue.
Had great customer service.
Not sure how people are having “terrible experiences” here. Nurse was very nice and the process of scheduling and attending the appointment was easy.
Horrible place! They have no concept of customer service. My friend came in at 7:05 was told they wouldn’t see her. They don’t close until 7:30 and there was no one else there. It would have taken them 2 minutes to see her.
The nurse at the front was super sweet and made me feel welcomed. I came in and tested positive for the flu I asked to be prescribed tamiflu but the doctor or whatever the Indian lady is, refused to prescribe it to me. I have family tell me that a steroid shot could help with flu symptoms but again the lady refused to administer it cause her “studies” showed it doesn’t help with the flu. I had another doctor prescribe me the tamiflu at the pharmacy and the Indian lady told them not to fill it cause I didn’t need it. Explain ... read more
