Kelby was great! Very kind and thorough for our appointment.
Horrible service. The providing NP should not be able to practice. She was non caring and misdiagnosed a basic issue.

Not sure how people are having “terrible experiences” here. Nurse was very nice and the process of scheduling and attending the appointment was easy.
Horrible place! They have no concept of customer service. My friend came in at 7:05 was told they wouldn’t see her. They don’t close until 7:30 and there was no one else there. It would have taken them 2 minutes to see her.
