Great experience! Knowledgeable and helpful healthcare staff.
Told the on staff NP I felt I had an ear infection, was told it was something viral and to just take OTC meds. He asked when I was leaving if he pray for anything for me after he wouldnt give me any meds. Less than a week later I have raging ear infection and pink eye from my untreated ear infection. Thanks guy.
They filled my paperwork out wrong THREE times. A very big inconvenience and absolutely unprofessional.
The person who saw me could care less about what I had going on. Rude dismissive, Did a flu and Covid test after I had told her I had already done a Covid test at home that came back negative.Basically told me to tough it out. Gave me a cough medicine I couldn’t tolerate that gave me bloody stools for several days. Told me I had a virus that would last 4-5 day, well here we are going on the 8th day.
