Jennifer Pentecost has refused for over 6 weeks to make an amendment to my records or give me a written letter stating why she is unwilling to make the amendment thus violating HIPPA. It was a simple request because she could not accurately record the reason for my visit. And yes, this account is under a different name. You know who I am because I have called for six weeks to try to get this adjusted and corrected.

So I had two different experiences, two days apart. When I went two days ago to do a TB test, the front desk nurse and doctor, Jennelle, were very nice and informative. When I went today, the front desk nurse only said “hi” to the patient two seats over from me, mind you I’m African American and the other patient is White and so is every worker I encountered here.
