How hard is it to pick up a phone. Having to speak do an incompetent robot is beyond me. Hire some receptionists for heaven’s sake.
I was seen for a sinus infection , during the visit they asked if I smoked,I told them yes that was the end of the conversation, but when I got the bill I noticed they had added an extra 45.00 to it for behavior change smoking 3-10 minutes, I GUESS THIS IS HOW THEY RIPOFF THE INSURANCE COMPANYS, I wasn't there for behavior change nor did they ask, and I have no intention of paying for that portion of the bill, this practice should be looked into. WATCH WHAT THEY TRY TO BILL YOU FOR !
canceled my appointment multiple days in a row because they didn’t have a nurse on staff so they were closed, when i went to go pick up my medication later that day around when my appointment time was supposed to be, they weren’t closed
Receptionist should be fired the way she talks to customers. Worst personality ever and no remorse. Oh yeah, hopefully your child doesn’t get sick one hour before closing because god forbid they have to stay a little over. Instead, they tell you no appts-yet nobody is even there or waiting 😂
Website is down to book any appointments. Called and spoke to someone who told me to just "keep trying" that's all she could tell me. Asked if she could book an appointment for me over the phone. Told NO, the new system would double book me. Would just need to keep trying online. Great customer service - will go elsewhere.
