canceled my appointment multiple days in a row because they didn’t have a nurse on staff so they were closed, when i went to go pick up my medication later that day around when my appointment time was supposed to be, they weren’t closed
Receptionist should be fired the way she talks to customers. Worst personality ever and no remorse. Oh yeah, hopefully your child doesn’t get sick one hour before closing because god forbid they have to stay a little over. Instead, they tell you no appts-yet nobody is even there or waiting 😂
Website is down to book any appointments. Called and spoke to someone who told me to just "keep trying" that's all she could tell me. Asked if she could book an appointment for me over the phone. Told NO, the new system would double book me. Would just need to keep trying online. Great customer service - will go elsewhere.
This receptionist avoids doing her job. Last visit she played on her phone for 10 minutes while I stood directly in front of her. Didn't even acknowledge me until she figured out I wasn't leaving. Today I call to schedule and appointment and she says I have to do it online. Then tells me to schedule at mall road because they are booked at Union. There website says they take United healthcare but this location specifically does not... And the lady I spoke in billing was very rude about me calling to ask about why.
