I've been here twice, and both times were bad. they have you sign in on the big screen computer, but for some reason it doesn't show up, or count? I will wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and no one will be outside to check me in. then when I go in, they don't prescribe me with anything; doesn't matter if it's an ear infection or a cold, they'll just send you on your way. Biggest waste of time and money ever. Went in for an ear cleaning. Receptionist/nurse tried to push a vax on me then the doctor looked in my ear and said I didn’t need them cleaned. Charged me $104. They should change the name to “the little scam.” Great way to kill your brand.
If I could do zero stars I would. What a terrible experience. If you can avoid this place do so. My son was seen here was supposed to have scrip called in. That never got done for two days have tried to get call back nothing. They obviously don’t care about patients.
Would have done zero stars if I could!!! I went the nurse or woman who took my vitals and stuff she was so sweet!!! However Laura the doctor there was terrible! She was very rude!!! And didn’t help at all!! She was very rude and treated me as if I wasn’t actually sick. Laura if you’re not happy with your job then go somewhere else. Medical field is NO place to be rude. That’s where people go for help and you weren’t any help.
